These Terms and Conditions are provided by Emerald Leap Ltd, trading as Rainbow Competitions.
1. The Promoter

2. The Competition
2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter’s website: rainbowcompetitions.com .
2.2 All competitions are skill-based, and an entry fee is payable for each entry.
2.3 Each entrant (“Entrant”) must answer a question or solve a problem set by the Promoter (“Competition Question”) to participate.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Competitions will run from the dates specified on the Website (“Opening Date” and “Closing Date”). All times are in the UK time zone.
3.2 The Promoter reserves the right to change the competition dates if necessary, with changes displayed on the Website.
3.3 All entries must be received by the Closing Date. Late entries will be disqualified with no refund.
3.4 A maximum number of entries will be specified on the Website, and the ability to enter may be limited once the maximum is reached.
3.5 To enter:
- Visit the Website, view the Competition Question.
- Complete and submit the online entry form.
- Purchase the required number of entries.
- Submit your answer to the Competition Question.
3.6 Entries must be submitted in English. Non-English entries will be disqualified without refund.
3.7 The Promoter will confirm whether your entry was received and whether your answer is correct.
3.8 The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues preventing successful entry submission.
3.9 By submitting an entry, you enter into a contract with the Promoter and agree to these terms and conditions.

Include:
- The competition name,
- Your full name and postal address,
- Telephone number and email address,
- Your answer to the Competition Question.
Each free entry must be posted separately and received by the Closing Date.
4. Choosing a Winner
4.1 Entrants with correct answers will be entered into a random draw. The draw will take place within 7 days of the Closing Date.
4.2 Details of the judges will be provided upon written request within one month of the competition’s Closing Date.

5. Eligibility
5.1 The competition is open to UK and Ireland residents aged 18 and over, except:
- Employees of the Promoter,
- Employees of agents or suppliers connected to the competition,
- Immediate family or household members of (a) or (b).
5.2 You must provide proof of eligibility if requested. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
5.3 The Promoter will not accept:
- Automatically generated entries,
- Incomplete entries or unregistered accounts.
5.4 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant behaving inappropriately toward staff or other entrants.
5.5 No refunds will be given if:
- You are found to be ineligible after entering,
- Eligibility criteria change, or
- You are disqualified.
5.6 Any fraudulent activity or tampering with the Website will result in disqualification without a refund, and further participation in future competitions may be barred.
6. The Prize
6.1 Details of the prize are available on the Website. Prize descriptions are accurate at the Opening Date but subject to change.
6.2 Prizes are subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with a prize of equal or greater value.
6.3 The Promoter makes no warranties about the prize’s condition or accuracy of the prize description.
6.4 Some competitions may offer a cash alternative, which the winner can choose instead of the advertised prize.
6.5 Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable.
7. Winners
7.1 The Promoter’s decision is final.
7.2 The Promoter will contact the winner via phone or email within 14 days of the Draw Date. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize, the Promoter may offer it to the next eligible entrant.
7.3 Winner details, including surname and county, may be published on the Website. You may object to this by notifying the Promoter.
7.4 If you wish not to participate in any publicity, notify the Promoter before the Closing Date.
8. Claiming the Prize
8.1 The prize must be claimed personally. Third-party claims are not permitted.
8.2 Notify the Promoter of any change in contact details before the Closing Date. Failure to provide correct information may result in forfeiture of the prize.
8.3 Cash prizes will be transferred to the winner’s bank account within 14 days. Proof of ownership of the account may be required.
8.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility if you cannot take up the prize.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the competition, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
10. Data Protection and Publicity
10.1 By entering, you agree that the Promoter may use your personal data for the administration of the competition.
10.2 If you win, the Promoter may use your name and county for publicity purposes. You may opt out by notifying the Promoter.
10.3 If further personal information is required to transfer the prize, you consent to the use of this information. Refusal to provide this may result in forfeiting the prize.
11. General
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The latest version will be available on the Website.
11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant breaching these terms.
11.3 Competitions may be voided, suspended, or amended as necessary.
11.4 Competitions are not endorsed or administered by Facebook or any other social media platform.
11.5 These terms are governed by English law, and disputes shall be settled by the courts of England and Wales.
12. Additional Clauses for Property Prizes
- Entrants are responsible for conducting their own due diligence regarding the prize.
- Winners must enter into a legally binding contract to transfer ownership of the property.
- Transfer of ownership may take time, and all legal or tax fees are the responsibility of the entrant.
