About This Competition

Rainbow Competitions Valentine’s Day Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• This competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
• Participants must be residents of the United Kingdom or Ireland.
• Employees of Rainbow Competitions, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter.

2. How to Enter:

• To enter the competition, participants must like both the Rainbow Competitions Facebook and Instagram pages and complete the entry form via the provided link.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will result in disqualification.
• All entries must be received by the closing date specified in the competition post. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

3. Prize:

• The prize includes a trip for two to Paris, with flights departing from Dublin, London, Birmingham, Manchester, or Glasgow airports, plus £500 spending money.
• The trip is scheduled to depart on 13th February 2025 and return on 16th February 2025.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
• The winner is responsible for their own travel insurance and any additional expenses incurred during the trip not specifically mentioned as part of the prize.

4. Winner Selection & Notification:

• The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
• The winner must be liking both the Rainbow Competitions Facebook and Instagram pages at the time of the draw. If the selected winner is not following both pages, a new winner will be drawn.
• The winner will be notified via direct message on either Facebook or Instagram within 7 days of the competition closing date. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, a new winner will be drawn.

5. General:

• The decision of Rainbow Competitions regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
• Rainbow Competitions reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time, without prior notice, in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.

6. Use of Personal Information:

• Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK and EU data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• By entering this competition, entrants agree to the use of their name and image in any Rainbow Competitions’ social media announcements or marketing material.
